Shipping Policy

We ship Australia-wide, and shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 9–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing and peak periods can add time, and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us and we'll replace it or refund you in full. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
